Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
AutoGreenCentral ships to all states and territories within Australia. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery times are estimates. Remote and rural areas (including WA, NT, and far-north QLD) may experience slightly longer transit times.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Multi-Parcel Orders & Bundles
Autonomous Kit bundles and orders containing multiple large items may ship in more than one parcel. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you receive part of your order but not the rest, check your tracking links — the remaining parcel is likely in transit on a separate consignment.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@autogreencentral.com.au.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. AutoGreenCentral is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you need to amend an address — we can only do so before dispatch.
